Subscription change from esim to physical sim

I just purchased subscription using esim. Later realized that my phone isnt esim compatible. I have purchased physical sim now. However during activation, app doesnt allow me to uae physical sim and gets stuck at esim and says ohone iant compatible. Can i get help changing my subscription to use physical sim so i can proceed with activation?

@Aayur   yes, you won't get to it since the activation was technically not completed

Please open ticket with support and have them to swap the sim on the system for you, message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Logging in to my account takes me to activation page and does not provide me with profile option as you mentioned above. There is no link/place to navigate to the (home?) page where I can select the options you mentioned above.

@Aayur  Can you log into your my account if so . Do this your self in profile tab like this

you can get a physical sim and them open ticket with support and ask them to help on switching it for you
