Hi, it's been a week since I've activated my sim on the 25$ plan and I haven't gotten the 5gb bonus yet. Please help, thanks.

You may also directly reach the Moderators with clicking on the little envelope at the right of the little bell (right top of the page).

And to make sure everyone understands, this is a one time only - it is not monthly so once you use up the 5gb of data, you are back to your original data plan.
