Its 10:05 am Sept 9,2025 - account will not process payment through portal

is this a live internal server payment gateway problem that is known.

and one must wait....
or goto to real-world petro canada and purchase a voucher... ( which who knows if that will process ? )

 

any real-time moderation ??

We are all members like you helping each other out with problems on this public forum so we have no access to your account information. 
I just logged into my account on the website with no issues.

Try clear the cache and login incognito before login to your account.

but yes, paying by voucher is another way.  Best to buy the voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drug and you can load the voucher using *611 and resume service

1) one cannot use the PM (public mobile) app when there is no internet service to log in
2) the 611 attempt gives option for poy by registered credit card , enter you PID or PIN

so if this web payment gateway does not resolve soon, then of course
I will for the 1st time have to hunt down a store for a payment voucher purchase
and see how that goes..
PM should at least give a suspension warning message or at least give a "grace-period" of 48 hrs of data service so one could use the PM app.

I thought it would auto hit the registered debit card in the profile but
looks like it did not.... there was not even a message saying we attempted to hit the debit card on file
and please check the number stored on your profile..

 

This is all common sense, I will await for web portal resolution.

Did you try calling 611 or calling 1-855-4PUBLIC or the PM app to make a payment with vouchers?

web version has been glitching out this morning. Just wait for an hour or so ...should be back up and running again shortly.

Public Mobile does not provide real time customer service.  You'll need to try your payment again a little later.
