Hi all
on April 12 my plan switched to the new 25$ deal which has unlimited talk text and the 1 gb data
it was working fine however today when I try to call I get that message and can’t call out
so frustrating
my daughters plan was also changed to that deal and no problems
when I go to my account and check my plan it looks good says unlimited talk and text
so what do I need to have my account reset? Why would it do this all of a sudden?
should I contact moderator and how would I do that?😁thanks for any help

Have you tried calling different numbers or just one number? It might be an issue with just the one number. Hope you get it working.

In your contacts make sure you add a "1" before area code to all your contacts. This may help, it helped with my contacts.

so this is what happened
i couldn’t make any call just got that message then I had my mom call me and it worked then I tried to call her and it went thru
so hopefully it’s ok now I will try a bunch more numbers

Is it one number or all Numbers? Can you receive calls?
That error message can be caused by dialing a number incorrectly.
