I used my sim card for long time and decided to keep it on a $10 plan just keep it active so i dont loose it(contact number). When i changed to higher plan found that the sim card was blocked even I was making the monthly payments. There is no option to talk to anyone no customet service agent available,
Had to buy additional simcard.
Technical paid over $150 for nothing.

When did Public last take a payment from you? Or did you keep a balance on the account?
Are you able to login to the account? What recording do you get when you dial 611?
Were you aware of the price increase last Spring?
