My visa was frozen and I resolve it but now I'm trying to pay my account since you cut off my phone. I need a phone. I put in the sim card number as requested but it keeps coming back invalid. I don't have any other sim # so how to I pay my bill to get my account / phone turned back on?

I'm confused about what is being attempted. At no time during the payment process for an existing Public Mobile account should the system be prompting for a SIM card number.

You need to dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone make a manual payment with your CC on file if your account is Suspended.
Then login to your account and enable Subscribe (AutoPay) for future payments.
If you are having issues login then contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket then Contact for an agent to help you.
