did you try the sim card in another phone snd see if it works?

Did you login to your account to see if your Subscription is active?
You can contact an CS_Agent if you are still having issues if your account indicates that your account is Subscribed.

@Netpoetry Can you try the sim card in another working phone to see if that's really the problem? You could also try someone else's working sim in your phone. That would narrow down the cause of the problem. Are you getting a specific error message on the phone?
