Hi,
My daughters phone was working, but barely. It did receive and send a call or two. As well as texts. It now shows thats it's on the public amobile system and has several bars but can't send or receive calls or texts. And no data ether. If I phone i get -It says call *611. I call 611 and it says come here. I tried my public mobile card in her phone and it works fine. I also tried my wifes fido and it worked too. It is an Iphone 6S.
Is this an activation error?
Do we need a new sim card?
Please help

The phone works with other sims not the current one. Was even able to change it's number through account. Tried the lost or stolen hack etc.
pretty much have tried every hack that has been posted on this site.
Did you try the additional $1 "hack"?
Maybe clean the SIM contacts.
Could just have become a bad SIM.

Can you post a screen shot of your APN settings?

@SilvaDave, I suggest starting with logging into the new account and see if it is active. The self serve should be able to provide a current status for your service. Assuming that everything in the self serve checks out, you should be able to connect to the network with the SIM that was used in the activation. If there is problems connecting to the network, you can try doing a network reset on the phone.

Did you port your number or activate a new line?
Can you put your daughter's SIM card in your phone or wife's phone? To help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service issue.
