Signed up for auto pay but the payment wasn’t taken out of my account.. now it shows my account isn’t active. I made a payment to cover the amount of my plan but it still says my account isn’t active. How do I fix this?

I suggest messaging a moderator about this
Or speak to your bank and ask if the payment was denied for some reason

Well Lieux...it would seem it is the same problem of the day. He wouldn't have been able to log in to make a manual payment if he had been deactivated after 3.5 months.

it's an autopay problem with most users, but the mods are manually fixing everyone's account, i got my services restored half an hour ago.
I recommend sending them a private message so you get your loyalty rewards, and to ensure they don't double charge you with the autopay.

Same issue I just experienced. I have been out of country for 3.5 months, and when I returned my account had been deactivated, although I am in AutoPay, and has been so for 2 years at least without any problems. I just made a manual payment, we will see if the phone gets reactivated now.

@SAS3Its happed with my son account as well.. in Walmart they told him there is with PM and working on it and will fixed soon.!!

Can you see the payment in your available funds?
There is a problem today with autopay for many accounts...a moderator said few minutes ago that it will be fixed in the next minutes...if nothing is fixed write a message to the moderator here.https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain what happened.
