Pretty much what the Subject is. Online and by Phone they just say that it's not possible. Also can't seem to re register my credit card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest for you to go on a different browser so there are no cookies interrupting the self serve website and if that doesnt fix the problem then you should go to the moderators and they can help.

You could try incognito mode or go buy vouchers. Also contact your cc company to see if any payments were processed.
