I resented my account 

i did it again and again 

yet I still cannot login 

I am not getting email I am not getting verification 

No one to talk to this is getting fruswhat is going on

HI @Mmariapiehl   Try to use Private or Incognito browser mode

But this time, login with the passoword you just reset to , the last one you reset to

 

If that still going nowhere, then please open ticket with CS agent at 

 https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

If you reset your password, wait 15-20 min before attempting to log in again.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Mmariapiehl   With the new My Account, always use Incognito mode to login, it will give you less issue

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Try logging in to your account using another browser in incognito mode. It should work then.
