y@Shawn70 I was thinking....when you sign up for the Community it is recommended to use same email that you used during activation. But looks like you just joined because of your issue. 

You could try every valid email you have and use the Forgot Password process.

@Shawn70 try using the Forgot password link there  Rnter any possible email address you have and see which one got you to Step 2 to complete the process

if that does not work, follow what @kb_mv suggested to open ticket with PM support to get that sorted out
