Hi, just wanted to let you know that the self serve page is down. Getting a browser message "selfserve.publicmobile.ca’s server IP address could not be found."

I'm guessing this must be resolved. I have no issues signing in and navigating in my self serve account.

I'm seeing the same issue.  Community is fine,  and main landing page is fine, but no response on the selfserve pages.

@danettesmobile they may be experiencing server issues. Before I received this error.

Then it worked and I was able to log into my account.

 

Now it's spotty again. Running slow, sometimes a similar error, sometimes it logs in.

 

Best to wait for time being. You can dial 611 from your phone and listen to your balance, next payment do date, add a voucher or payment via credit card (if a card is registered) buy an add-on and remove auto-pay.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried deleting cookies for public mobile, closing and reopening my browser (chrome) and refreshing the page, but no go. It doesn't work in incognito mode either. Guess I'll just have to be patient, lol. So weird how it's working for some of us and not others though.

Maybe some maintenance going on; improvements, fixes are always a good thing! 🙂

Had the same issue. It's back up now was just able to log in. Try again via a fresh browser.

 

Or clear cookie history cache then try incognito mode. I am using Chrome.
