Self Serve login

I am having difficulty logging in to self serve. I have three phones/accounts under three email addresses:
(A) me@gmail.com
(B) me+@gmail.com
(C) me++@gmail.com
I was able to reset the password for (A) and login once but not again without resetting the password again. I am unable to reset the password for (B) since the form strips out the "+" and ends up resting the password for (A). I am able to login to (C).

Well you learn something new everyday don't you? I guess any kind of suspended I've always logged into it within that time period because I've never had to reset a password.

@darlicious

yes. it is tied to the 90 day deletion of one's account. if one doesn't login to the website within that timeframe the system deletes the password and one needs to reset it. I found this out by asking customers when was the last time they logged into their account.

What? Is that a thing?

@LesGrieve

log in to the accounts once every 2 months to avoid the system from deleting your credentials

I thought this was customer support since there are now no links to be found on either website. The Simple SIMon bot was circular and did not give any indication of how to request customer support. I was able to create a support ticket eventually by typing "customer support" in SIMon. They resolved my login problems promptly.

@LesGrieve , the system does not play nice with + signs in the email address.  You will need to get the email change.

Oh goodness gracious! This is a public forum please edit out your personal information immediately please and thank you. Go to the little arrow thingy on the right side of your post to edit out that information then we can help!

Edit:

Okay oops under closer examination my knee-jerk reaction was premature. Since you are just showing me examples of the Gmail aliases that you have. As such getting the password reset doesn't work when you use an email alias using the + sign. You will need to contact customer support to access your accounts with the new 2FA that's been installed on your accounts.
