Seemed to be over billed

I have been a customer for years now and am on the $25.00/month plan. Because of referrals and rewards I only pay 16.95/month but on my most recent credit card statement I noticed that I was charged 16.95 on Feb 10 and then again on Feb 17? I know the difference between transaction date and posting date. These were two separate transactions?

Any thoughts on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

HI@weiler2802  Feb 10 and Feb 17, which one looks to be the correct bill?  Which date was your renewal in Feb?

PM usually won't overcharge like this, but a week a part, it is weird

@weiler2802   did you check the Payment history page to see if PM only charged you once or twice on those days?

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history

And also check if you see a $15 amount as Available fund.  If it is there, then somehow PM charged you again but fixed it buy leaving it as available fund for future use

if you don't see it there as Available fund, I would want to say one of them is a pending charge, but they were too long ago, and are 7 days apart, it looks like both are real charge

I would open ticket with Pm support and ask them to investigate.

Did you let a family member or friend use your credit card for an account? That's $15 before tax. A plan? An add-on?

Do you see the additional money in your account?
