Scheduled plan change for $40 / 4gb of data did not occur on my renewal date

Hello,

 

I'm having this problem with all the lines that I have with Public Mobile. My rewnewal date was Nov 10, 2016. I went on self-serv portal to change the plan on all the accounts on Oct 25, 2016 (when this fall promo plan came out) to have it switch to the $40 4gb on my renewal date. Today is Nov 11 but all my accounts are still on the $40 for 6gb plan.

 

What can be done to correct this?

It's been over a week since I sent a private message to one of the MODS and I haven't gotten a response. Is there any other MOD that could help me out with this issue?
