If you initiate a charge back on your credit card, Public mobile does not like it. If you want to continue with PM service, they won't accept your credit card going forwards. You will need to purchase payment vouchers each month to manually load up funds.

If you dispute the charges. All future monthly payments must be done with Vouchers for 1 year.
Best to have a CS_Agent help with your issue.

I am in tech , that's why I am surprise you didn't check all the reviews and the errors that they have that are simple to fix. But that is not the case for me. They charged for something that I didn't use and I fixing with the bank! Thanks for your opinion.

I am with PM for 3 years without any issues.
PM is not for everyone. Members must be tech savvy and have good knowledge of all the settings in their phone.
For those that are not. Best to pay more with a full service carrier.
