that's unfortunate... I typically make it a standard process to tell the customers I refer about the ins and outs of PM. it's not really a plug and play company...

What send box? Are u referring to where u send post?

Try using a computer or laptop instead or connect your phone to a WiFi connection.
Just type CS_Agent into the send to box .
Then put your message into the message box .

How do i send a private message. i recently joined PM and its 5 days i cant use my phone. This sucks and i am regretting my decision to move to PM.

You can try sending a private message to CS_Agent and reference your existing ticket number, while you wait for their reply.
