Hello,
I've been on this network since Aug 5th but I just realised why nobody is responding to my text messages. They aren't actually being sent and none come in either... How do I check my SMS/MMS provisioning or refresh my eSIM profile? What else can I do?

hi @Icebane
you removed the old carrier sim card? make sure it is removed or the old esim is disabled
Also, Reset network settings and test
if same, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
