@Yardstyle you have been here since 2019.. maybe you are trying to do a SIM swap request?
you can now swap you sim card on your existing account yourself.
Just head to My Account , click change Sim card , then enter the new SIM card number and select one of the 2 ways to validate your identity, email or sms. If your current SIM on your My Account still working, you might want to select using SMS, if your existing SIM is no longer working or lost, you would need to use Email.
