Hi there, I just registered as a new customer. My new SIM card has not been delivered and it has been over 3 weeks. I need a public mobile person to check on the delivery status for me.

Should contact the support via the chatbot and open a ticket. If it's been over 10 days, they'll offer you to either go to a TELUS/Koodo kiosk or store to buy one (they will provide a credit) or resend one by mail. Good luck.

Please use the chabot to ask for the help of a customer support agent. Posting a message in the message forum is unlikely to get the attention of a customer support agent.
