SIM card not arriving

I ordered my SIM card in January 8th and it still hasn't arrived. I cannot submit a ticket or anything I cannot reach anyone at the customer centre or track my shipment. What should I do?

What did you do to try to “submit a ticket”? 
Just type it in on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of page or you can private message on the envelope icon above.

Meanwhile, if you need one in a rush. You can purchase one at your local Telus/Koodo store for another $10 or from Canadian Cell Supplies online for $5 or Amazon for around $7.49.

Call your nearest Telus or Koodo store and buy one.  That will be the quickest. 😁

You should have received the SIM card within a few weeks.
