I ordered 2 sim cards as per order xxxxxx. An email notifying me that the cards were returned to the warehouse. The delivery address is a postal box as we have a rural address and that is our mailing address as well as billing address. How do I go about confirming this is the correct address? Or can I change the delivery address to a place of employment?

If this is a headache and also taking into account that even if you weren't dealing with this you would be dealing with quite a delay in delivery, you may want to go into store and circumvent all of that.

HI @softech , curious...how is delivering to a postal box an issue when ordering a SIM card? What would be the difference whether the address had a P.O. box number or not?

@EEmerge delivery to postal box could be trouble with PM ordering system.
Please open a ticket with PM Support and try to see what they can do in the situation. I assume you are not PM customer yet, please open ticket by messaging them:

Please remove (down arrow in circle at top right of your user name) your order number as this is a public forum and there are no PM staff here.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent and create a ticket via SIMon Chatbot (bottom of page) or private message (envelope icon) them on this Community page to investigate on your order.
They are available from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST.
