Hi there,
I made an online payment for a physical sim card to be delivered to my location.
It`s 7 days now and I`m yet to receive the sim. I also do not have any information for tracking whatsoever.

you cannot just tag CS agent, you have to message them.

It`s three weeks now, and I still don`t have the SIM card delivered.

Check with neighbours maybe it was delivered to the wrong address.

No it will be sent by regular mail but members have indicated that it took up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Consider to wait at least 10 days or longer particularly now with Canada Post strike.
Unless PM elected to use some courier services...
