When I ring Rogers phone #, it goes directly to client's VM. Rogers says the problem is not theirs. Help please.

@Toocon If the recipient has accidentally blocked you then Rogers would say it's not their end. I had this happen once and the recipient insisted I wasn't blocked.....until they actually looked in their settings and realized it had somehow happened.

The number you are calling may have blocked you.
Or if you have a new number that person you are calling may have set their phone to not receive calls from numbers that are not in their contacts list.

Well, this happens to me, but that is because I intentionally block my number when I call certain people and they don't accept blocked or unknown callers. So I go directly to their voicemail . If that's not your situation with then sign into your account, click on the chatbot, or the orange logo bottom right to contact public mobile and see if this is something they can fix.

Problem is only with that number, and no one else has an issue with it. This is a new phone with the SIM taken from my old Samsung 3. Initially had no issues with that particular number till recently. But you may be on to something. I will reset the SIM and see what happens. will BRB.

Rogers says that the problem is not on their end. I understand that this may occur on inter carrier calls. The problem only occured in the past 2 weeks.

@Toocon Is this one particular Rogers # ? If so could they accidentally have blocked your number?

Did this person recently ported their number? Did they receive the text to confirm the port?

can you try Reset All networks on your phone?
and try your sim card in another phone
