Roaming in Mexico

Hello, I recently upgraded to this plan: "$40 ULCWUSMEX Base Plan-60GB-5G" and to my surprise I don't seem to have coverage in Mexico. No data, nothing. How can I get it to work? Thank you.

Hey @Maru07 

Make sure your data roaming is turned on. Go into your Settings, Carriers and see what options are there. Turn off automatic and choose one of the options there and then see if you get services. If that one doesn't work, try another service. One will stick.

@Maru07 Make sure you have roaming option turned on from cellular settings. Try enabling/disabling airplane mode and see if that helps.
