to be able to use talk in Hawaii, you need a cellphone that is on the PM whitelist of volte enabled phones. Otherwise you will likely not be able to use the calling features while in USA.

Yes. You will have to purchase a US addon or get one of the Canada US plans.

And finally, this is the most important part...  you must fit me into a suitcase and bring me with you. I live in Winnipeg man. It's cold!!!
