Reward credit

I am looking at switching to one of the plans that require 90 day payment. Previously when i was on a 90 day payment plan my rewards were credited for each month. So if i were to get 5 dollars off/month i would get 15 dollars off for the 90 day payment. When i have now gone to switch back to 90 day payment, I see this is no longer the case. It is just applying the rewards once so i get 5 dollars off total. Does this get corrected?

Perfect that's what I did. I just wanted to make sure I would see all my credits applied properly in the future

@tdgecas

You should get a $10 credit ($5 rewards + $5 for 90 day plan) on the first month bill.

Also, click on Switch on your next renewal date and NOT to switch plan NOW because all your remain minutes and data will be forfeited and no prorated refunds.

Ah, so the first bill I may not get all credits but the bills following should reflect it properly if I am understanding properly.

I was just concerned as the first bill is only showing 1 month worth of credits instead of 3. But if it gets corrected going forward that is fine.

You will get your $5 credit/month as long as you DO NOT switch to the points system.

Along with your $5 credit, you will get an additional $5 credit/month for subscribing to the 90 day plan. So a total of $10 credit/month but you will pay the full 90 days plan up front then the credits will be credited every months

thanks for the response. i haven't switched to the point sysm. However i am just seeing on the payment plan it doesn't appear to be applying the rewards for 3 month payment. it looks like they are still only being applied as if im paying monthly. So instead of getting 3x rewards for the 3 months of payment, im just getting the 1x reward for 3 months of payment.  Just curious if this is corrected when payment is actually taken as it's not set to switch until the 25th of october

@tdgecas , there is no impact to rewards due to plan changes.  Just make sure to not switch to the points reward system which is a separate action.  As for timing of rewards for a 90 day plan, it is issued at 1x on renewal, 1x at 30 days and 1x at 60 days.
