Reverting back to old provider

I switched over to public from freedom. I was having issues with the service of only outgoing calls and no incoming calls. I was looking to go back to my original provider, I still seem to have service with them. I was wondering if unsubscribing was enough, don't want to lose my phone number.

I replied yes to freedom but I missed the text from public Mobile regarding the transfer.

@Jastes if you replied Yes to Freedom porting authorization text, the line will be ported out eventually

so, have you replied yet?

@Jastes  If your old provider sim is still working then theorist didn’t complete and you can keep your number there but I would still contact support to remove your credit card on file to ensure you. Don’t get charged by PM going forward
