Return a Cell, Simon BROKEN Community sign in works UNTIL I try to make Return Ticket Fed up Again

I am trying to return the iPhone XR I just bought for my wife for Christmas

She absolutely Hates it ! , she wants an Android

When I use Simon to make a Ticket Suddenly my community sign in Fails Wrong User Name or Password, NO ! I write it down Verbatim.

I do Not need this stress jumping through hoops to return a cell

Someone please assist me do Not ask me to use Simon it is Useless

I have lost count of how many times I have been forced to change my password

Please help make this simple to return the iPhone

I sent a private message at 9:22am. It was answered at 9:40am. It was resolved and I finished filling out the review link at 10:27am. You should get a reply from an agent quickly who will open a ticket with the CPO Phone department. They have longer response times than regular support as far as I know?

@LP1   chatbot has problem with CPO type of ticket

 

Please open ticket with PM Support using direct message, provide them the order number

Go to the envelope icon above and private message a CS_Agent so they can create a return label for you. Add your order number on the message.

You will have an option for a refund or exchange for an Android phone.
