I was trying to pay a bill and it just added money to my account and would not allow me to use my balance to pay bill. I had to make another payment now I want to retrieve my balance.

@Chrishealy Is the money sitting as Available Fund? Since a refund could take a week or two to go back to your credit card, you can in fact leave it for next renewal.
But if you want to contact PM Support, you can do it with one of the 2 ways:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@Chrishealy hi it takes 2or3 weeks for a refund or you can leave there for next billing cycle to contact a cs agent
