Call 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. If it says we can't find your phone number then it's gone. If you get your account info listen for the date you must reactivate before or you will lose the phone number.

Easiest way to reactivate your service would be to purchase a pm voucher that covers your plan amount and load it into your account via 611 on your phone or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number. Then press (1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit pin #. Once you are told you have successfully made a payment you will receive a text from 611 confirming the payment. Reboot your phone if necessary.
. The following list of retailers all offer pm vouchers that are immediately valid upon purchase and loadable via 611 or self serve.

If you haven’t kept up with monthly payment for longer then 90 days…your number is gone and available for other cell members to take.

@Haniaa0403 As for your question. How long has it not been paid? 90+ days account is deleted and number gone. Under 90 days simply log into your account to reactivate and make a payment.

Please remove your telephone number as this is a public Community forum.
Login to Self Serve account and click on Make a Payment with a CC, debit or PM voucher.
I would suggest you go on AutoPay to avoid this problem and get free bonus data.
