Renew early

So I think i messed up!  My renewal isn't until Oct 25. But I wouldn't have enough to renew the same plan. So I changed the plan to a lower one and did the change effective immediately!  So now I paid for that new plan and I wasn't close to my used data!

I'm out of luck aren't I? I lost all the unused data now?

I'm so upset!

Unfortunately, PM plans are not prorated if you switch plans NOW before your renewal date.

Here is the fine print:

don't think much you can do as PM is a prepaid provider and rarely provide refund, but try your luck with PM and ask nicely

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

or message them using this link:

Hey @Brandimatt

Truthfully, it sucks to lose that unused data. And the fact it's so close to the renewal date, there isn't much that can be done. If the plan has already changed, your out of luck. It's not even worth asking for any sort of credit either because they'll say you choose to do it now instead of at renewal. You would be wasting your time and theirs.  Just know, it's a life lesson for next time.
