I removed auto pay but I cannot remove my credit card info and cancel my plan as I think someone has my phone

@Michellechilli - if you want to keep your number, you do not need to cancel your plan. You can obtain a new public mobile sim card and swap it with the lost one.

Or, if you want your plan closed, since you removed autopay, after 90 days of nonpayment the account will automatically close, and you will lose your account, phone number and access to self serve.

You should also login to your account and go to your Profile then click on Report Lost / Stolen Phone.

hi you need to contact a cs agent to remove a credit card

check your community envelope for a reply edit go into your self serve account and report your phone lost / stolen in your profile
