@Jackysdog Try clearing cache/cookies and use incognito/private mode or another browser to login. The self serve account does have caching issues, unfortunately.
edit: BTW, you can also, for the time being, make a payment with a voucher and loading the funds by dialing 611 on your phone. They can be purchased from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell. There's also recharge.com who charge a fee to email the voucher PIN. This gives you time to sort out the account access/updating the payment card info.
