What plan did you have? Sounds like it's either a rewards/tax issue. What plan do you have and what was your final payment before? What rewards do you have (are you on old or new rewards) 

@Christineavelar hi did you change to the new rewards system? if so you would lose some of your monthly rewards, loyalty 2 dollar auto pay  etc.

If you changed to the points system then your $2 auto pay reward changes to 5% back in points (5% of $35=1.75pts). Your loyalty reward changes to 10pts yearly on the date  you joined the points program.

 

If you didn't join the points program did you happen to suspend your service in the previous 30 day cycle via lost/stolen?

HI @Christineavelar   Login to My Rewards and check if you are on the new reward system or the old one

 

If you are on new one, you should see some Points there.  Once you collected 15 Points, you can redeem it for $15 off your bill
