I tried to activate e-sim on mobile, but it didn't work. Screen showed that I need to contact customer care for refund. Can you please process the refund

If your eSIM is not compatible with your device, check here https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/pick-up-SIM for locations near you to purchase a physical SIM. After you set up your new SIM, you can submit your receipt for a refund by reaching out to our Customer Support Team.
