Hi,
I just pay the 3 months payment , if i want to refund other 2 months payments . How to do ?

Another option for paying your account without auto pay kicking in:
After you receive your account has been paid text.
A few days later (you set the parameter) calculate the balance in your account.
Calculate the guaranteed rewards.
Don’t consider ALL of your referral rewards as guaranteed.
So take your plan cost, minus auto-pay credit if you have, minus guaranteed rewards, minus your account balance, equals your TOP IT UP right now, approx. 3 weeks in advance.
Never get into having a huge account balance unless you earned it from PM.
And if for some reason you cannot attend to this discipline....let auto pay kick in.

PM is not setup for refund effectively as a prepaid provider. I have read posts on this forum that they are still waiting for the refund after 3 months. YMMV
If you are planning to stay with PM, it is easier to leave your fund in your account for the next 2 renewals. If you want a refund, you may not receive your refund before your next renewal date.
Only moderator has access to your account. Create a moderator support ticket to ask for refund using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

Unless you plan on leaving it's more hassle than it's worth to get a refund. Just leave it on your account to pay for your plan. If you are worried about missing your due date just set up autopay and you'll get a $2 discount. It's best to just top up your account once a month a few days before renewal.

@hotbonbon You can try contact moderators by sending a message: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437, but refund is a long process... I would just left it as it is, no need to pay 3 months at least.

Do you still have two months worth on your account balance?
Are you planning to stay with public mobile?
If you do, best thing is just leave it there as it will take long time for it to go back to your credit card. It will be used for your next payment.
If you want to leave after one not cycle you can contact moderators and ask them to revert the charges. You may wait up to 4 weeks

There generally aren't those kinds of refunds here. Best to just run out your plan because you've paid for it now and then before it runs out schedule a plan change to what you want.
If you're thinking of leaving then best to also run out the plan and then just before then port out or remove your payment card and let it lapse.

Next time you pay....pay one month. You need to be more informative.
