Refund since the activation issue had me pay twice

Hi

 

Had requested a refund for one payment to my account as when I tried it the first time, the payment was deducted but it never showed in the my balance part of the account. Tried it the second time and it did the same thing, which is when I raised a support ticket. Now everything is ok, but would like one payment to be refunded. Tried a support ticket but have not heard back.

Or rather than a refund just ask support to credit your account. I've seen battles over these matters though. They like to say that no charge exists failing to grasp that the customer is actually out the money. It's what has become known as a ghost account. Good luck.

Is the charge on your credit card a pending charge still? Maybe there's a chance it will drop off.

log in to your account to see if your second payment is sitting in Available Funds...ready for use for your next renewal. Refunds take several weeks to process. Just leave it for next renewal, if possible.
