I did double payment by accident and I need refund of it.

@Yusufhulu - we are all customers and members like you here on the forum and have no access to your account.

 

Only CSA can see your account and action this type of request.

If you're not short on cash then you could leave it there for the next renewal. The problem with refunds is that they can take weeks. If you don't wish to renew then you'll need to wait after you contact the support people.

Save yourself the headache and leave it into over the next renewal. Your card won't get charged again until July

The extra payment will remain in your account as a credit to apply to your next month payment.

It normally takes about 30 days to get your refund so it is not worth trying to get a refund.
