Hello,
Recently I switched Public Mobile to other operator, I paid public mobile monthly fee up to December 10 before. How can I get a refund for unused portion of the month if my last payment credit card is not active anymore?

HI @Svetulchi sorry, PM is prepaid and do not provide refund in such situation. You should have planned your port out date better

PM does not provide any refund if you leave. Since you ported your number your account is closed and all funds there (if any) or add-ons, rewards are lost.

@Svetulchi , Public Mobile is a prepaid service. There are no refunds for the current plan cycle. This is different from postpaid services where you "pay after" and receive a prorated cost in the final month.

There are no refunds at PM. It is prepaid. Once you port out your account is automatically closed.
