Hi I referred a family member to public mobile. But the referral link I copied was not valid. Can you add the referral to my account to get the reward?

yes, PM can add the referral after
just activate without the code first. Then ask your family member to use his account to open ticket , ask PM to add it back. Use the orange charbot icon on lower right, type Submit ticket and choose Contact Us and it will bring you to ticket open screen

@Ivy578 this can be added for you by a CS_agent and should appear in their account within 72hrs. You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
