Over the past few years I have been getting my friends and family to sign up to PM. I help them activate their phone and we use my refer a friend code. It has been a couple days since the latest sign up in which the code was entered. Their rewards account shows the sign-up and payment reward but no reward. Nothing on my end either. Thanks for the help.

hi yours should be within minutes of sign up they should be within 72 hours,if you still haven't seen it by then you need to contact a customer service agent

check your community envelope for a reply
