the person activating the new account with your referal code will get that $10 credit. The person providing the referal code gets 1 point ever 30 days that new account is active. Are you the new account or are your the refer'er ?

@ali2929 , according to your screen caps, you have a $10 credit posted to your account.  That is the referral credit for using an existing customer's referral code.
