With PM everything is online and if you want to speak with a costumer representative, you have the option of Simon who can answer any needs you might need to know. However if he isn't able to help you with what you need then Simon will direct you with instruction on how to send a message to a agent through pm's community. You will have to create an account to send the message once you do an agent will reply withb24-48 hours.

@shortsugar a better option before you open a ticket with PM is to post your question here. Especially with device issue, or question with how to use PM, you will get an answer from the Community within an hour. Even account issue, of course, we won't be able to check your account , but we likely can provide you useful tips 🙂

no need create an account to send the message that your account is the same in community site,
sometime the Difficult SIMon understand your issue there another way you can Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent , Explain your issue
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
