Maybe you guys didnt understand the question much, but here more clarify, he and I we both reset the phone, now we can't use esim because its deleted and the app also deleted so now the question is how you access the app first to buy esim? Thank you

and since you cannot get 2FA code via email to login the app, support agent will likely ask you to get a phsyical sim card first, and help to you update to the physical sim and then you can change back to esim later

Unfortunately I've forgot the email and lost esim, i only remembered my numbers and transaction thru mu bank, what can i do?

if you already wiped the phone, you have to download the app from app store first, using Wifi
for login 2FA, you won't get it via sms, so you will have to get it via email Click Didn't receive code and then Send email
after you successfully logged in, go to Account -> Purchase Sim card and choose esim and pay
