Sorry no help but will be following as for some odd reason they put my subscription on hold yesterday, first time in years. My credit card looked fine yesterday in my account but guess I will try putting it in again to see. I was also wanting to downgrade my plan but having a relatively cheap plan at $25. for 1GB while it is now $19. for 1GB for a new customer kind of bummed me out that they won't do that for old customers too, so was looking around to move to another carrier.

Wish they had an "edit post" but they don't. Anyway thank you, I guess I will just wait and see when the next bill rolls around to see if I can take another $15. off my bill, and if so until the amount is used up. That would be a definite bonus lol.

Hi I am in incognito right now after logging off and back in and it still has the $15. showing as a credit. If I never used any of my credits and I have been with Public Mobile, God only nows, probably 4 years or more, then I would probably have quite a few credits in there, no?

Hi @pomlady7 the site still show $15 but it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

Thank you, I think it went through fine (typed in my cc again) as I just paid the bill and the receipt already shows the $15. taken off.
When I go to my account it still shows I have a $15. credit! I have never used my credits, didn't even realize they existed! So maybe I have more money in there, no idea. I guess what I do is go in before the next bill payment and if it still says that I still have a $15. credit, click and redeem again?

Depends on when you redeemed that. Redeeming rewards could take up to 48 hours for it to show up on the account but it usually much quickly, within 10 mins. But best to ask PM support to confirm

Okay I will go there now. Question I had a credit in my rewards which I just redeemed as they said it would go towards my next subscription renewal. Do I have to wait for anything in my email before I try paying for it again? Thank you for all your help, most appreciated.

hi @pomlady7 they put them on hold because of payment issue and renewal failed
you should be able to login and make payment by clicking Pay and Resume services now
