Are your plans canada wide or province wide calling? Do you have any calling add ons like the "more the merrier" international calling add ons?

Are you on the $15 plan? When you log into your account do you see your minutes counter at the bottom of your overview page? If you renewed last night maybe your minute counter didn't reset correctly.

@ernestk : How's the signal where you are? Maybe restart the phone. Check for outages in your area. Are other people having difficulties with their cell service where you are?

I was now able to make one call out but on the next call I'm told i have used all available minutes

*611 was unavailable
This is a serious error in the system in case of an emergency

no, just got on the same question here.
I have three unlimited talk accounts with Public, all of them give me the message that i cannot make a call because i do not have enough minutes. Payment is auto pay on June 22
