@xCameron94x I don't think @Preet's Mama is having any isssues. In fact, I don't even know if she [Mama] is a customer! I think Preet unfortunately chose to reply to some random thread that had nothing to do with their question, which was if I port out my service, will I get any refund for unused amounts. When oracles move postings, we can't edit the subject after. So @Luddite split this off (which was a good idea), but it retains the original--and very misleading--title.
