But, did you perhaps lose your phone...and thinking you have to change your phone number to keep your account?
IF so, all you need is a new SIM card (and phone); then the Public Mobile Moderators can swap the SIM number connected to your account.
Just thought this was a possibility 🤔

Oops, nvd... misread! If you're already a customer then you can change your number in self serve account (once every 30 days). Log into your account select Change Number option (right hand side of overview page), then select the area/region and make a selection from the list of numbers which can be refreshed to generate a new list by selecting another area and then back to your preferred region.
If you're trying to activate a new account, then you will be able to select a new PM number at activation.
